TL;DR We're hiring! Seeking a people-person who is interested in solving business problems through technology and great at articulating value in sales conversations.

OBO has developed strong partnerships with brands like Salesforce, HubSpot, and to solve our clients' most frustrating, and often unseen, revenue operations challenges. Sales, marketing, finance, operations, all these systems must work together for customer’s to have great experiences, ultimately leading to more revenue. OBO gets this done by putting people and processes first.

Our sales process is unique, we’re looking not just to close deals; we want to get to the root causes of our clients' challenges and develop custom technology stacks that serve their unique needs. This means we’re looking for someone to articulate the value of our unique process to both prospective customers and partners alike.

We’re a scrappy team that has a great product. We’re looking for people, near or far, to join our sales team and help guide organizations through the buying process of custom solutions.

About The Position:

The Business Development Associate works directly with the CEO and VP of Sales to create connections with prospective clients and partners, nurture inbound leads, and assist outbound as needed.  Our team is growing, and we're looking for people who are interested in growing alongside us. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, top-notch communication skills, and a penchant for making connections with people - we'd love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You’re naturally extroverted and deeply enjoy connecting with people
  • You’re flexible and adaptable to change -- you have a plan B and can navigate alternatives
  • You are a fluid communicator both by phone and email
  • You enjoy guiding people through processes, showing them how to avoid potential landmines ( you genuinely like helping people!)
  • You’re tech saavy and a quick-learner. We work in many different systems, and being knowledgeable about core business process concepts as related to the technology is critical!
