What To Expect:

We are looking for a passionate, data-minded individual to tackle any and all challenges that come their way; someone who works quick on their feet and loves learning new technologies. You will be working very closely with every member of our tech team to analyze our client's business data and systems. You will also be working on internal projects such as: setting up workflows in software like Salesforce & HubSpot, integrating data into new systems, ensuring data cleanliness, assisting project scoping and client assessments, and development work using languages like Python, HTML, Javascript, and CSS.


We like transparency and know you probably don't want to apply to a "Mystery Box" job, so here's a rough idea of what you can expect:


On your first day you will:

  • Get all the basics set up with our Ops team.
  • Meet the crew during a virtual welcome lunch!
  • Shadow your new team in structured training.

In the first week you will:

  • Gain familiarity with our business and processes by working directly with your team and clients.
  • Gain familiarity with our technology stack and SOP's
  • Begin your training on platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc

In the first month you will:

  • Understand how your team executes work and independently complete tasks from backlog.
  • Learn the basics of data integration projects and start practical applications of this process.
  • Participate in client activities and planning meetings.

In the first three months you will:

  • Have a broad understanding of our client’s various technologies and systems.
  • Work autonomously on basic tech and data tasks.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of assessments, data integration projects, and business process mapping.
  • Set long-term growth goals with your team leader to continue your professional development.

From there, you’ll continue learning and developing skills that will help you become a key member of our growing team.

Timeline & Hiring Process:
We take team building seriously and our timeline is entirely dependant on finding the right person. Please be patient as we take the time to read every application in-house. 
Our interview process has 4 steps:

1. If we think you'd be a good fit we'll reach out and schedule a video interview
2. Qualified applicants are asked to complete a live presentation on a selected topic for our hiring team.

3. Qualified applicants are invited to join team leads for an interview. 

4. Final decision made!

Requirements

You Are:

  • A Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a similar field Grad; or have two (2) years equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency with Python, Java or another OOL
  • Able to extract data from diverse databases and file structures (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV, TXT, unstructured) to leverage in a different target system.
  • Familiar with CRM's, Marketing Automation Platforms, Ticketing Software (or have a willingness to learn)
  • Driven & dedicated to QUICKLY advancing your career and skillset
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • A natural problem-solver who takes full ownership of their project
  • Experienced in any level of database development, administration, or maintenance; systems administration; application administration; and/or information technology support or management
  • Proficient with identifying data migration requirements, developing repeatable data conversion scripts and mappings, identifying and implementing data cleanup routines, and validating data accuracy and usability
  • Experienced with automating tasks through programming and scripting (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Salesforce Certified
