About The Position:
The Marketing Technology Residency program is geared towards motivated recent grads and career changers who are motivated by solving complex problems and overall enjoy learning. This program was created to bridge the gap between academic theory and workplace experience, we’ll show you the real-world applications of technology in business and provide broad experiences, so you can shape your career with confidence. How will you ever know what you’re passionate about if you’re never exposed to it?!
Throughout the program, you’ll cover a broad range of topics like:
OBO’s Residency program is a full-time, paid training program that provides a fast-track to a permanent position with our team after successful completion of the program. We purposefully keep our cohorts small to provide close guidance and ensure a great team placement after the 3-month program.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Whether your background is in business administration, project management, software dev, IT, or marketing, the residency program covers the intersection of these topics from a modern business technology perspective. We’re looking for people who love to learn and want to solve complex business problems by modernizing how business gets done through technology, process, and aligning people.

Hiring Process: What to Expect
Deadline: April 23rd 2021
Step 1: Apply directly through our website https://careers.oboagency.com/ to see the full application! Please submit your application, video cover letter, and all application questions by April 23rd
Step 2: We will contact all qualified candidates on a rolling basis through April 23rd for video interviews with our hiring manager over the next several weeks.
Step 3: Those selected to progress to the next round will be asked to give a 10-20 min presentation on a given topic to our team.
Step 4: Our hiring team will have a final interview with resident-candidates who gave a great presentation!
Step 5: Offer Made. Cohort to begin Late May 2021
