Job description

TL;DR: Love learning? Like to have ownership over your work? Want to be at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business operations? We're hiring sharp, tech-minded people to help create people-focused technology solutions for real-world business challenges.

Obo. Agency is a Digital Transformation Agency based out of Columbia, MD, and Washington, DC. Born of marketing and raised by technology, we architect processes and custom technology stacks that allow our clients to get the most return from their revenue-generating teams, like sales and marketing.

Our interdisciplinary team of marketers, technologists, developers, and business analysts work together to identify opportunities and grow our client’s companies. We have genuine working relationships with our clients and operate with a “raving fans” mindset.

We’ve been recognized twice by the Baltimore Business Journal in their “Best Places to Work” list. The team at OBO offers a sincere culture that values teamwork, initiative, and just being a good human. Check out what our team is saying about us on Glassdoor. Also, did we mention we have dogs, beer, and snacks?

About The Position:

The Technology Associate will work with their team and clients to architect sales and marketing data systems that solve friction in our client's sales and marketing processes.  This position helps execute data integrations, communicate technological processes into a broader business context, and most importantly, learn alongside an award-winning team.

OBO is a small team of 30 people all working to help our clients get the most out of their technology stack investments. If you’re looking for a company that cares not only about its clients, but also the success and professional development of its team, you may have found your new workhome!

OBO offers 2 office locations; that said, we intend to be fully remote through the majority of 2021. We are open to hiring remote employees in the Eastern Time Zone.

About the Responsibilities:

Obo. Agency is seeking a highly-motivated, Marketing Technology Associate to join our team and grow into a long-term position with our company. We will train the right person in our systems and processes. Eventually, this position will evolve to include larger responsibilities like leading technology projects, executing complex data and process projects, and training, as needed, to become a Salesforce and Hubspot Administrator.
