About The Position:

The Technical Project Manager will work directly with clients and their team to gather foundational user requirements, scope technical needs and execute the implementation of client technologies. The Technical Project Manager will need to be able to confidently navigate client's needs to develop solutions and deliver a great customer experience.

Each of our client engagements kick off with an assessment where you'll work with both our assessment team and clients to understand their user requirements to help plan and implement their system build.


The Technical Project manager must be a tactful communicator with sharp interviewing skills; you should be able to get complex technical information from non-technical stakeholders and translate that to our technical team.

In the first few weeks you will:

  • Get to know the OBO team & culture
  • Get to know OBO’s client onboarding process & assessment procedure
  • Shadow the assessment and technology teams as they meet with clients

In the first three months you will:

  • Become deeply familiar with the solutions provided by Salesforce, Hubspot, and Monday.com and how OBO tailors them to our client's needs
  • Support client assessments, architecture development, and system design
  • Support clients ongoing projects with weekly project checkins and calls
  • Assist your assessment team with client interviews and user requirements gathering
  • Identify personal goals that align with the company vision

In the first six months you will:

  • Become comfortable performing user requirements gathering with minimal guidance
  • Document your training and create a repeatable process
  • Identify internal processes for optimization
  • Support our team with client onboarding
  • Have the opportunity to expand your technical understanding/capabilities.

Requirements

About You:

  • Degree in related technical or marketing field preferred but not required
  • Experience with complex CRM/MA integration projects (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Pardot, Marketo, ETC); preferably in an agency setting
  • Project management experience is a must!
  • Experience with BPMN
  • Experience in Large/Enterprise CRM and marketing automation data models
  • Understanding of complex marketing and sales processes
  • Top-notch communicator! You’re able to break down and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

  • CRM deployment experience with Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Monday.com Experience
  • Application integration experience (e.g. data migration & integrations).
