About The Position:

We're looking to add a certified Salesforce player to our rapidly growing implementation and integration team! We need a skilled communicator to work alongside our clients to achieve success by advocating for their business needs and end-users alike.

The ideal person will translate our client's vision for their CRM capabilities into working Salesforce tools, guide stakeholders through our assessment process, as well as define solutions that meet both short and long-term business objectives.

About the Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Specialist will act as a resource for all things Salesforce within OBO. This includes working with clients to identify business challenges and generate Salesforce-based solutions. We're not looking for a specific amount of years or experience, whether you've been working in Salesforce for one year or 10 years, we're interested in what you can bring to our team.

We like transparency and know you probably don't want to apply to a "Mystery Box" job, so here's a rough idea of what you can expect:

On your first day you will:*

  • Meet the crew during a catered lunch and gain an understanding of the various teams and roles.
  • Get familiar with our systems and technologies
  • Get to know your way around obo's headquarters, basic processes, and policies. 
    *To be done remotely if still on WFH orders.

In the first week you will:

  • Sit in on project management meetings and client calls, participating when comfortable.
  • Provide Salesforce configuration support internally, scaling to client interaction when comfortable.
  • Begin your Salesforce Hubspot certification courses.

In the first month you will:

  • Work collaboratively with team leads and team members to meet project milestones.
  • Evaluate business requirements to create and implement clear business process workflow use cases.
  • Gather, synthesize and define business requirements, and convert requirements to Salesforce Lightning applications.

In the first three months you will:

  • Participate in pre-sales engagements with clients to determine business requirements and recommend optimal solutions based on client needs.
  • Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy.
  • Collaborate with both clients and tech teams to define & implement complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.

You will go on to 

    • Configure and customize Sales, Service applications, and related third-party applications. 
    • Effectively prepare Business Process, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Configuration Workbook, Data Models, Detailed Functional Design, Executive Summaries, and Project Plans.
    • Act as a tiered support for high-severity and business impacting related issues
    • Provide technical and architectural guidance to align solutions to business requirements; Lead assessments and identification of solutions
    • Ensure high-quality on-time completion of all projects, support services, and verbal commitments; Provide effective oral and written project status updates and presentations
    • Help grow our implementation and integration team through training and 

From there, you’ll continue learning and developing skills that will help you become a key member of our team.

  • Desire to QUICKLY advance your career and skillset!

  • Salesforce certification a MAJOR plus (Administrator, Architect, Developer, or Consultant). We will fund your future Salesforce training and certifications!
  • Proven functional/technical professional with multiple full lifecycle SFDC implementations
